Before your first event, we’ll gather essential data through anonymous surveys or, if approved, direct emails to your employees. This baseline will help us assess current levels of employee satisfaction, retention rates, productivity, and team cohesiveness. The data will be collected confidentially, with no contact made by The Caviar Incident until approved by the team leader. By understanding where your team is starting, we can measure the impact of each party more accurately.

EVENT EXECUTION:

With the baseline data in place, your team will enjoy their first non-work-related team event—an hour-long experience designed to boost engagement and build relationships. This event sets the stage for a meaningful shift in team dynamics, giving us the opportunity to compare post-event metrics with the baseline to measure immediate effects.

POST-EVENT EVALUATION:

After each event, we will administer another anonymous survey to gauge changes in employee satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement. The results will highlight improvements in key areas such as productivity, efficiency, company loyalty, and team cohesion. We’ll also provide a comparison of the pre- and post-event data to show how these events contribute to measurable team improvements.

QUARTERLY REPORTING, IMPACT & CUSTOMIZED REFINEMENT

At the end of each quarter, The Caviar Incident will compile all data into a comprehensive report, offering insights into your team’s progress over time. This report will quantify how the parties have impacted employee morale, retention, and overall performance. Based on the findings, we will use the data to further design and customize future parties, focusing on improving specific metrics such as productivity, team cohesion, or employee satisfaction. With each event, we’ll refine the experience to maximize the positive impact on your team, ensuring long-term success and engagement.
